I agree that there are good tools suitable for particular tasks and productive framework, stable environment and good documentation are more important in most cases. Usage of Rust is good when you need to get everything from the machine when you make image/video/AI/crypto applications and here even Java will not be as fast as Rust - Rust is even slightly faster than C++ for these tasks.
